Ventek Solutions is adding another PROMASS press at its Shelbyville, Kentucky facility—an investment that further strengthens the plant’s molding capacity and flexibility.
The new press features quick-change mold capability, helping Ventek’s team transition efficiently between programs and support shorter production runs for new and growing customers. The result is greater responsiveness without sacrificing the engineering discipline and manufacturing quality customers expect.
Investing in Speed, Flexibility, and Capability
Today’s programs require more than production capacity. They require a partner that can adapt quickly as needs evolve, whether that means supporting a new product launch, accommodating a shorter run, or moving efficiently between complex molding programs.
This equipment investment gives the Shelbyville team another tool to do exactly that—helping Ventek respond with the speed and flexibility customers need.
More to Come
The Shelbyville installation is part of a broader investment in the capacity, responsiveness, and technical capability our customers count on. More updates are on the way as Ventek continues to invest in the people, facilities, and technology that move our customers forward.
While Ventek Solutions entered its newest chapter in 2024, its manufacturing story has been continuous since 1962. For more than six decades, our teams have helped define the molded foam industry through engineering expertise, innovation, and a commitment to solving demanding customer challenges.
A Partnership That Supports Progress
Ventek extends its sincere thanks to PROMASS and especially Gianluca Bazzica, for their partnership in this installation.
